Many of the institutes lure students through their attractive websites and massive infrastructure. Because of this students miss to check whether the institute has the mandatory approvals from the required bodies or not. In the absence of such approvals, students may get degree but may not be able to use it at many places especially while applying for PSUs and government jobs. All the programmes at LBSGCM are duly approved by the UGC and the College is associated with the University of Lucknow and hence is completely credible.

Professional courses require teaching and upskilling of students through trained hands. LBSGCM belongs to the LBS Group of Institutions that has a legacy of 41 years in grooming professional students.

The reputation of a college can be judged to a great extent by how well its alumni is doing. LBSGCM alumni have reached reputable positions in their career through various paths: either after going for higher professional education, appearing in competitive examinations or directly joining a job immediately after their graduation.

In order to be able to offer the brightest intellect to groom the students, the College focusses on attracting, grooming and retaining the best faculty talent. As a result, our faculty members have earned laurels in the form of several achievements, some of which are:

1. Best Indian Research award in World Innovation Patent Conclave, 2022.
2. Best research paper award by CII.
3. Memberships of the advisory board of reputed journals, consultancies and professional bodies.
4. Several patents in different fields, one of them being Artificial Intelligence.
5. Several book publications in areas such as strategic management, business environment, insurance and risk management, business operations.
6. UGC Refresher course organized by LU-UGCHRDC with A+ grade.

The world of management, IT and commerce is quite dynamic. Skill sets demanded by the industry change very rapidly. Thus, merely studying the curriculum will not suffice. To equip the students in new skill sets, LBSGCM conducts workshops, industry visits and interactive guest lectures from the first semester onwards covering emerging areas in all relevant fields.

From the start of the final year, students are groomed on how to face interviews. Therefore, when companies start visiting the campus, our students are fully equipped. Students are allowed to select the companies for which they want to appear. There is no binding by the institute to appear in all the companies.
